Refund policy

Before ordering on www.manetransformations.com, we recommend reading all the policies below to familiarize yourself with our process. We encourage you to fully understand what you are ordering before you proceed to checkout. If you have any questions please reach out to us to clarify before making your purchase.

REFUND

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be issued, due to the nature of this product. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, all sales are final.

REFUND POLICY - Buy Now Pay Later Options

Due to the nature of all Buy Now/Pay later options, a 20% restocking fee of total transaction amount is levied on any transaction processed with any of these merchants when an order is refunded. These payment options being a voluntary choice of the customer, they are responsible for any fees levied or associated with the merchant if a refund is granted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns on mistakes made by you (the buyer). We urge you to be sure of your order before payment. Such as your head size or color or style of your wig. MANE Transformations will not be held responsible for wrong fittings due to wrong size choice or color choice.

Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. All items must be in its original packaging in order for the issue to be resolved. There is a $40 restock fee on any unused wig sent back for exchange at Mane Transformations LLC discretion.

Please contact info@manetransformations.com no later than 48 hours from the carrier delivery date to notify us of the issue. Please include your full name, order number and method of payment when submitting your email. The subject of your email should read as follows – “Subject: Mane Exchange Request | Order# XXXXX | Full Name”. No refund, return or exchange will be granted if the issue is not communicated within the 48 hours time frame.

For example, if the tracking number shows the delivery date as 6/14/2022 at 11:00 am, you have until 6/16/2022 at 11:01 am to contact us regarding the issue in order to start the refund process. All communications received after that date will be denied an exchange. The customers ought to provide evidence regarding the issue. Evidence can be a video or a picture of the issue noted. Upon submission of evidence, MANE Transformations is to determine the resolution process.

Ready to Ship Manes: There is an absolute no refund/exchange policy for Ready to Ship Manes. We provide detailed descriptions of Ready to Ship Manes. Wigs will be shipped as shown and described.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date. After 24 hours, no cancellation will be granted.

MANE YOUR WAY (B.Y.O.B) POLICY

Mane Transformations, LLC is not held liable for the hair quality provided prior. Any issues that may occur, when processing the hair, washing, brushing, coloring, bleaching is the buyer’s liability. We do not know the nature of the hair until it is received and any issues we feel cannot be resolved, the order will be cancelled, and hair will be returned. I understand that the reference picture provided by the buyer is just an example and will not be 100% exactly like the image because I understand that all hair processes differently and nothing can be duplicated exactly regarding hair.

COLORING SERVICE POLICY

Mane Transformations, LLC is not responsible for any hair damage or the hair quality provided by the buyer. I understand that 613 blonde hair is mandatory when achieving pastel, blonde, and extremely pigmented colors. We will not complete the request and will return hair goods back to buyer if we receive black or brown hair for bright blondes and colors.

Please note: For any custom colored unit, when being replicated the color will be close to but not exact as its original picture because all bundles lift and take color differently. We will strive to get real close to the color, however, a 100% match is not guaranteed. Please be sure you understand this before buying as no refunds will be issued.

LOST ITEMS

Please be sure to track your packages as tracking numbers are sent out to avoid any issues of being lost. No refund or exchange will be issued. Once we ship your package with the postal carrier, it is no longer our responsibility.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Using credit or debit cards please make sure both name and address match with the card to avoid cancellation. This is to ensure both your safety and ours. PayPal name and address should match the order's shipping name and address to avoid possible cancellation of your order.
